HOT TUB RESURFACE:
The resurfacing of the two outdoor hot tubs and two Roman spas is scheduled for the week of April 15th. The tubs will be out of service for approximately one week.

This beautiful, low 4th-floor (#412) condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master with new mattress August 2023, 2 twin-size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo has been updated Dec 2021 with two new comfortable recliners and sleeper sofa in the living room area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile, and granite countertops are a few of the must-have features of this condo! This beautiful, resort vacation home also boasts Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views, unforgettable sunsets or wake up to the sounds of the surf. Other features of this fashionable vacation unit include granite countertops, a full-size side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare that perfect meal for friends and family. Both baths include a tub/shower combo. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $35 plus tax resort fee. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
