“The owners of this condo have spent a lot of time and effort to make this condo a beautiful beach home. The kitchen, furnishings, and decor are all top notch. The resort itself is immaculate and is located very near Pier Park, restaurants and other attractions. And of course the view! High Tide Vacation Rentals was truly professional to work with and made the process of booking and access to the condo very easy. I would highly recommend this condo and High Tide.”

“Fantastic!! My husband and I have traveled to PCB countless times and stayed in a plethora of condos on the west end for years. This is BY FAR the cleanest, most well equipped, classy condo we have ever stayed in. I have gone through travel agencies, rental management companies, straight through owners, but I have never had timely, concise communication directly from an owner as I have with High Tide. I booked for my husband and I; my son and girlfriend wanted to fly in for 3 of our 5-night stay over the 4th of July. Owner promptly gave permission when contacted. The property: Parking garage clean, well lit, safe, security guard present. Never waited on an elevator once (if so, not property owners' issue, simply stating). Private beach: looked left or right from the balcony, people were elbow to elbow-not here. I can't say enough good things, other than we will never rent from anyone in PCB other than HIGH TIDE!”

“Second year to rent through Tonya Meyer @ High Tide Vacation Rentals. Tonya Meyer tries to pair families with condos that best fit their families needs. She truly goes above & beyond no matter what’s going on with her personal life! September, 2025 we stayed at the Palazzo, unit 606. Unit 606 is nice updated condo. Has beautiful large beachfront view from both the sitting room and master bedroom. It has a bunkhouse for kids with plenty of room up to 3 small kids or 2 larger kids. The master bedroom is large with the bathroom having two separate dressing areas and a good size closet. Nice updated large shower with self standing tub. Second full size bath & bedroom are plenty big enough, not tiny bath & bedrooms. Kitchen isn’t huge but there’s plenty of room with a bar and a very nice size kitchen table. I don’t see where you can go wrong with this unit. The parking deck & beach are easily accessible and you’re close to many restaurants with McGuires Irish Pub & a candy store being right across the street. So fun & great memories for many. September, 2025”
